Payment & Insurance Plans
Our services are considerably less expensive than the costs of a hospital based emergency room visit.
- Currently we are contracted with the following insurance companies:
Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Rocky Mountain HMO, Sloan's Lake / Cofinity, Great West, United, and Pacificare
Patients covered by Medicare, non-contracted insurance or no insurance are required to pay at time of visit. Medicare patients receive Medicare rates and non-contracted and self-pay are given a 20% discount at time of service.
We offer the service of submitting the claim to Medicare and or your insurance company on your behalf.

- Durango Urgent Care has the convenience of an on-site diagnostic lab and x-ray service provided by Mercy Regional Medical Center Diagnostic Services. All lab/x-ray services will be billed separately by
