Durango Urgent Care’s Occupational Medical Center is dedicated to providing for the medical needs of the business community, government entities and other agencies of the Four Corners area.

Our medical center is fully equipped to treat patients who have been injured while working. Our highly trained medical staff understands the needs of the patient as well as those of the employer. Our goal is to provide care of the highest quality that is patient-focused and efficient so that so that employees can return to work as quickly as possible. We work with many insurance carriers including Pinnacol.

Drug & Alcohol Testing

Companies can deter employees from abusing illegal substances through drug and alcohol screening. We offer walk-in drug and alcohol testing with little to no wait time. We have extended clinic hours during the week, as well as weekend availability for testing. Our specimen collection and breath alcohol technicians are all trained in accordance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines and meet the manufacturer’s qualification standards on the use of the evidential breath tester, guaranteeing accurate and reliable collections.

Our collectors are DATIA-certified (Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association).
